Cream Elizabethan Gown at Tahoe Faire 2001
Photos of Martha Gregory wearing her costume at Tahoe Faire in June 2001. As you can see she has been working hard to bead the bodice. She has added real pearls on the edges of the sleeve sections, the top and bottom of the bodice and the tabs. She has also sewn blue glass beads and pearls over elements of the motif in the trim. Although not quite done, I think it looks great. The Saint Rose Pavilion makes the perfect back drop.
