Pepper and Rose Educational Costumes
The costume on the left is a pepper costume. It has leaves, flowers, buds, stem, fruits and roots. The mature fruit opens up to show the seeds and the roots rap around the word soil (cut from foam). The costume on the right is a rose. It has calyx, pedals, stamen and ovary. All the parts are removeable except the ovary. My model was the very young Jane Oliver.
