Close-up of Aglet Closures
On the left is a close up of the bodice. One of my major kicks with this costume is just how well the bodice closes with the gold aglet closures. These are make up of metalic round, square, krimp and barrel beads with elastic metalic cord running through every other set on each side. The alternate sets are sewn on with metalic thread. To close the bodice, all that one does is thread the sewn ones through the elastic corded ones between the square and barrel bead.
