Child's Elizabethan Basic Closed Bodice Gown
Above is a picture of the bodice, skirt and foreskirt in back, front and side view. In the back view you can see that the skirt has been cartridge pleated. The pleats are very tight and the threads were left so that, when Linsey grows the theads can be let out and the skirt can be sewn onto a new larger waistband. There is also a 9" hem as this gets let out I plan to add rows of the gold trim to cover the marks.
