Child's Elizabethan Gown Underpinnings
Above is a picture of all the underpinnings. On the left you can see the hoop skirt and on the right you can see the foreskirt. The foreskirt which is made from a pearled and embrobered silk that was quilted by Linsey's Aunt Pam at that time some pearls and gold buttons were added. Then it was attached to a piece of red felted wool, this gives it a nice stability and weight.
