This sleeve pattern includes three Views. View A is the most advanced view and is a true spiral. There are two long, slightly curved pattern pieces that when connected at intervals spiral down the arm. View B is a beginner level pattern that uses lengths of ribbon trim to form the spirals (not true spirals as there is a center back seam. It is lined with a silk "bias cut" sleeve lining. View C, intermediate level" is made from lined strips of fabric that when sewn together at intervals create slashes that you can pull puffs from your chemise through. The strips can be arranged to chevron as in the yellow costume as there is a center front and center back seam, covered with trim.
